You are a true Dog Good Citizen! Hopefully, those who have jurisdiction over domestic animal's quality of life in Jackson won't let this go on & on. This little dog's life looks miserable - it cannot lead any kind of real life - it is just trying to live while its owner buys more & more dogs to breed from what I've read here.
