I can't believe how this poor baby is being treated. Or not, I should say
She picks her up like she's a stuffed animal and not an injured live puppy.
Can she be reported for claiming to be a non-profit, when she is clearly NOT. How about the IRS or Welfare. She is soliciting money that I'm SURE she's not reporting to either agency. You have to report ALL income to Welfare and the IRS.
