If this is for real it sounds like this dog has never been trained by whoever cared for it (I use the term loosely ) before you took him in. Going by your previous posts it sounds like you don't have much experience with dogs. If you want to keep him and have a dog you are happy with, I suggest contacting a dog trainer who will come to your home and work with you and your dog in the environment you live in. Your vet should be able to provide contact details or if you let the YT'rs know the area you live in someone might be able to point you in the right direction. I hope this is helpfully.
