I don't think you can post pics here directly from Facebook. But you can save your Facebook pics to your desktop and re-upload here.

To post pics:
* Shrink pic to 200 kb or less (Facebook size should work). Basically, 4" x 6" works
* When posting here, scroll down below the message box until you see Manage Attachments. Click that.
* Choose file and click upload. You can load up to 4 pics per message.
* Close window, then submit your message like normal.
