My yorkie is loving the pool with his little life jacket! We took it slow at first too and you just got to give it time. When you are in the pool, try to get her attention and she should hesitate to go in. This means its a good sign that they are scared to go in, but really want to because you are in. Maybe get her favorite toy and throw it in so she will chase it. When I threw the ball in for my yorkie.....he always brings it back now and we even got him to jump off the deck for it! |
