Please, people, don't wait for the dog catcher to come knocking on your door to take an interest in these things. Right now they're after our dogs, and they're having a huge success. What will be the next reason the government uses to barge into your home? I lived this nightmare home invasion one would associate with 3rd world dictatorship countries, or the old communist regimes of the Soviet era. Laws like this don't belong in the USA. These laws are giving dog catchers incredible power to enter your home and dispose of your animals without due process. Call or email the RI governor's office and ask him to veto this bill. Are you kidding me? They want to jail people for crating their dogs!!!
