I specifically asked Tanisha what she would do in the event that the dog died prior to surgery and she said "I will donate the money to one of my charities". This is ILLEGAL...monies have to be refunded to those who donated. AND...I know for a fact that her vet told her that he was not 100% sure that this is what is wrong with the dog, it was Tanisha who found clips of yorkies behaving like hers and SHE is the one who made the diagnosis. The vet gave her a referral to a neurologist because she requested it!
