Well, I am one that changes my dogs' food often, so if it were me I would try a different food. There are plenty of good foods on the market. Several brands also offer their foods in different formulas so you can rotate within their lines of foods. It may be trial and error though, depending on how sensitive your dog is. You're doing the right thing by going to the vet too.
