Wow . . . just got in from the basketball game and am overwhelmed by the response!
V - she definitely has a thick coat and I think it really helps it to look "groomed." I admit, I did clean under her eyes before we took photos and redid her ponytail before taking pics!
She is the least cooperative for photos of my three. She wants to sit straight on to the camera and that isn't what I wanted tonight! I wanted side shots and shots from above with her outfits on. I worked up a sweat trying to get those photos!
smmrpm -- most forum members are at a disadvantage when it comes to taking photos of their babies. I have a portrait studio attached to my house completely set up with 4 big lightsources and modifiers and lots of other goodies. I'm a fan of high key (white) because it shows the colors of yorkies so much better than putting them on a colored background.
Gerry - I shoot lots of photos in a session because of eye blinks, movement of the head, etc. The more you shoot, the more keepers you get.
As you all can see . . . I'm totally in love with this little girl! I thank goodness everyday from txshopper73, Kimberley, for helping me find Crissy. Without Kimberley, I wouldn't have her!
For newcomers to the forum, this little girl is a pup of Paulathegroomer, a member here at YT. Her sire is the same as Kimberley's current pups that Gracie had 7-8 weeks ago.
Thanks everyone for the kind comments!
Lisa
