I'm leaning toward Lt. Carlson or the previous loo or Michael Ames or Senator Eaton. Oh, or the billionaire - what's his name - the guy who has the weird swimming pool. Just started watching this season & catching a few of last year's episodes on the Sundance channel so am behind. Still, from the little I know, it seems to be likely it had to be someone with a lot of clout or money.
