I think those who are dedicated to showing as well as breeding want to be able to compete outside the U.S. We are now a "global society" in everything. So it makes sense that the YTCA is mulling it over. Imagine - you go through all the trouble of developing fine breed lines and champion pedigrees and you're limited in showing your prize pup because of the docked tail. Maybe it will become optional in the U.S. I hope so anyway.
