You should definitely begin now -- she's not too young. She should grow out of it... everything is new to her. But at that age, training and socializing etc is very important. Learning how to wear a harness is going to most likely be a part of her every day life so it's good you are starting now! Just keep at it.

This is almost exactly how I train dogs to do things they don't like. Desensitization to the feared things by using positive reinforcement. It works wonders with them. Love her videos. I became one of her subscribers today!
