The leather ChokeFree harness posted above is NOT intended to be a "no pull" training-type harness. It's simply called choke-free because the pressure is not exerted anywhere on the neck. But, no, it's not a "no pull" harness - the d-ring is on the dogs back.
Look at the Premier Easy Walk harness ... always had great success with it with Jackson as a pup, as well as other dogs I walk and trained. This is the one where the harness is on the front chest. It's not *supposed* to be, but I've had a friend use it on her dogs the wrong way (with the d-ring placed on the back) and it works. So I guess technically it can be used both ways! It does take a bit of time to get the sizing right, but once you do, I think they're great.
How big is Sheldon? I have one that hasn't been used since Jackson was a puppy. But it may be too big for your pup. I think it's a small. But I'd be willing to sell it.
