From my understanding, she could get pregnant. Breeding is something I personally could never do cause I know I would be making these mistakes all the time and that's not fair to the dog nor the breed. For now, I really don't think there is too much you can do but wait. I've noticed from a lot of threads on this board that breeding is incredibly serious and you have to be so so so careful because the dogs don't really know any better, it's all instinct for them. If a male poodle sees a female yorkie in heat, yeah he'll probably attempt to connect. That's why a close eye needs to be kept on both dogs no matter what.

EDIT: I'm not a breeder, just observing from the things I've read and learned on here so I'm sure someone with breeding experience or thorough knowledge of breeding in general could help you better.
