I just figured this one out myself. It's help a lot.
I use a baby bathtub in the regular bathub. I put foam pipe insulation on the rim of the baby tub so they can get a grip and stand on it. I use a cup to pour the water over them.
During the bath I also give them a massage, it seems to help calm them down a little.
