Wow, that was horrible. If someone is going to abandon a puppy why go through the trouble of puting a rubber band on her muzzle and puting her in a box behind somewhere, it would have been better if they put her loose outside for someone else to find her and take care of her. Either way is horrible but why do they TRY to cause harm, jeez and anyone would take a free puppy!
