I was just wondering if a BAT might be useful. All his regular liver studies and his 2 recent CBC's, chemistries, whatever all they do are all WNL as was his CPL. If this gassy tummy, refusing food, some diarrhea keeps up, should I ask for BAT? Not one of the four different vets who have seen him has mentioned doing that test.
Did the vet do an xray? Sounds more like a partial blockage than LS. With his liver enzymes being WNL, I'd hold off on the BAT, as results are affected by pred and the test alone may stress him out more. I think they like them off pred for a month before doing a BAT.

That's funny that not one vet suggested doing a BAT. Usually they want to do it no matter what symptoms are showing.
