She moves around just fine... and she is pretty outgoing. She runs around a lot (not currently because she broke her legs so she is on restricted movement). Her tail seems to be the only part of her that doesn't move a lot.
As for the only one inch jumping... she can jump on and off the sofa, it's just her "happy dance" where she barely hops off the floor.
