I am fairly certain that she does not have tax exempt status BUT I could be wrong. She is telling people their donations are tax deductible. Impossible unless the people are donating to a charity....and it has to be IRS approved. I don't know. Simply saying that IF she does not have IRS approve charity status, I would think it is fraudulent to claim so.
