Cinnamon is shaved to a half inch length. If her hair grows back in more silky than cotton I would love it long. I have heard that puppies do have a different coat than adults. Hers was just so fluffy and although she must be trained to be brushed, she hated it. She'd nibble on my hand the whole time and I just felt bad. Not to mention she is definitely an outdoor dog and loves to run in tall grass and dig.
