Anyone who knows me personally...knows I am an accident just waiting to happen.
The worst kitchen accident in memory was years ago. Our youngest son had company the night before and we had take-out pizza. The boys were constantly going back for leftovers through the evening..so I had stuck the pizza still in the takeout box in the oven..well I forgot all about it
The next day I turned the oven on pre-heat when I was cooking supper. It wasn't long till smoke was boiling out of the oven. I opened the oven door and the pizza box burst into flames.
Of course I don't do well under pressure and grabbed the fire extinguisher and couldn't figure out how it worked..my 10 year old boy grabbed it out of my hands and put the fire out. If he hadn't been at home..I would have burnt the house down
