i know what you mean about them not being as sturdy so I would suggest that you sell some extras, either with each bow or just as a separate item. My plan is to still use a rubber band but one that I throw away with each use, then clip this in front of the band. When I said I can't sew, I really mean I don't like to sew, but I can do simple mending, So I guess if the clasp breaks which it has on a few occassions I would just attach the bow to a new clasp. If I lost it that would be another problem, but usually they break when trying to put them on off or take them off and it has not happened that much, but then Lola does not wear the good bows everyday. It must be hard trying to please such a diverse group of customers, and I really appreciate the spirt with which you approach your business, I wish you continued success and I look forward to trying some bows with your new clasp. |

It's always my pleasure to try to accommodate my customers as best I can. I'll put an order in this week for lightweight, plastic barrettes and we'll go from there. Hopefully we can get Lola stylin' in a fashion that works for her!
