I'm sorry you misunderstood. I specifically said depending on how long she has known, but did not specify as I don't know the time frame here. Only that IF a person knows for an X amt of time & has not done anything to rectify the problem then it would fall under the cruelty laws.
In this case as far as I'm concearned this pup NEEDS to be confined & NOT be put places like up on couches & chairs for videos & pics.
