Thank you for posting; however, this leaves little hope for this poor "child", I remember a time when my own skin child was thought to have Leukeimia, I had no insurance and without a second thought was willing to turn her over to foster care if I had to; we do what we have to for our children and for our pets...I can't imagine how anyone could allow this kind of condition go untreated before their very eyes...HOW IN GOODNESS GRACIOUS asshat insanity could anyone NOT get help for this pup?

p.s. Thank you for all you and your organization do for the pups, you've truly earned your place in heaven...
