 My baby having a reaction to dhlp/Cor/parvo shot
Hello all. I need some help. My Lilly had her distemper and parvo shot today and has been shaking on and off and hasn't really been able to walk. She had the same reaction last year and I brought her to the vet and they gave her an antihistamine shot and she got better over a day or so. She had the same shots today an the doctor had told me to start benadryl a few days ago which I did and continue it through Thursday. We also took her back to him this afternoon when she started having the reaction but he didn't give her anything this time because she was already on the Benadryl. Fast forward to tonight she still won't really walk, she shook when I picked her up and she hasn't gone pee pee all day. Last time was this morning. I'm worried and I'm sorry but I think my vet isn't treating this reaction sufficiently. She got Benadryl at 615 tonight so why haven't I seen any improvement? I'm sorry to complain but I'm freaking out that my little baby who is usually jumping all over the place and super sprightly is a shell of herself. Anyone have any similar experiences??? Pleas share. My husband and I agreed if she doesn't improve by tomorrow morning we will take her back to the vet an make them do something. |
