Yes, Tatiana does this when she gets excited, especially when we're playing fetch. When I was a new owner, I thought she was having a seizure. I panicked.
Tatiana was my first dog. But when she ran after the toy, and went to town on it (chewing, shaking it hard, etc.), I realized she was fine.
