If this is her ALT = 2400, which I think it is as I've never seen the other values go this high... this usually indicates a toxin of some sort. Has she been given Denamarin? (or similar liver support med) Denamarin helps to cleanse the liver and regenerate liver cells, and can protect the liver from further damage. If this were my dog, I'd get her on Denamarin ASAP.
