I'm sure your stride must be much bigger than your puppy's He is not secure enough right now to do it. It is going to depend on how big he gets to decide if it is actually safe for him to run with you. I certainly would not force him to do it. I think bigger dogs are much better at being a running pal.
Gracie loves to run with my grand daughters when they take her out but about 15 or 20 minutes of that and she is done and ready to come back inside! |
