Yes I live on Oahu.
If you want to just come here for vacation I think bringing her would be impossible with all the laws and rules. I think it's a little different if she was a service dog though.
I know what you mean. I want to go on vacation but i'm afraid to leave her with anyone...even those I trust. lol
