I guess it could be the anti-nausea medication but it says on the prescription label to give is for loss of appetite or vomiting, so it was given to treat his anorexia. I keep going back to the Pepcid side-effects of loss of appetite & lethargy hopefully being his problem now, since those are the only listed side effects in dogs. I sure pray that is all it is. He just had a couple more bites of his Royal Canin. I have yet to give him his Pepcid today - may just skip it to see if he can regain some of his appetitie.
