He needs to be seen by a vet ASAP. Could be a stroke, or a type of seizure, some other neurological dysfunction & it could be life threatening. Or, his unusual way of telling you he's in pain or feeling odd. Since none of us here are vets, I would get him to one tonight & get him checked out just in case something serious is going on. I pray it is nothing serious.
