New to the forum and navigating my way... I have an older style Lucy's Luxuries... love it... and now I just purchased the Charlie... can't wait to get it this week.
Found the information posted very helpful.... I also sent an email with a list of questions to the company and found both the response time and answers extremely helpful. Great customer service experience!
