Wow. It is hard to believe people have the nerve to act like that. I love talking to people in the pet stores...because they are usually animal people, well they appreciate animals. I don't blaim you for being highly insulted. I would be too. I would have walked out also instead of confronting the woman. But in my head....I would have been saying, "Your yorkie deserves a better owner than you." Well, that and a few other choice things...
