If you came into them without benefit of contract or breeder that is concerned about their placement, please let a rescue have these babies...one that looks at approved homes for their placements. And finally, to people looking for Yorkies, if you see Yorkies that are for sale at wonderful, hard to believe prices, you need to ask if you can talk to the vet that has been caring for these dogs....that will let you know if these are perhaps dogs that have been stolen or found wandering the streets, have been taken in and put on the chopping block for a quick buck. People are stealing these dogs at an alarming rate for this very intent. USUALLY, people will have provided vet care for dogs that are theirs, and they will have a history with a vet. Be sure you check the dog for a micro chip....if someone has stolen a Yorkie or found one, and is turning it for a quick buck, they are not going to mention checking for a microchip....the dog may very well be chipped and you will find out very quickly who the actual owner is. People do not walk around with a scanner in their hip pocket, so just ask your seller if you and she can go to the nearest vet and have the pet scanned...you pay for the office visit. Just some food for thought.....
