They must have really good balance!
This afternoon, I went looking through boxes in the garage hoping to find something from my last house I could use as a float for ZoE (I had an inground pool there) and came across my son's old skim board. It's wood and has a grip pad on the top. I tossed it in the pool and sure enough it floated! Then I tried to put ZoE on it, and the slightest movement and it flipped and off she flew into the water and was swimming frantically to the nearest wall
