This is very disturbing to read about. My Boyfriend just bought me a puppy from fancypups.com last Friday. We named her Gracie and I became very attached.the first hours we had brought her home. She became very sick, wouldn't play or eat on her own.we went to 4 different vets and they all told us she was hypoglycemic and anaemic. Typical for tiny pups like Gracie. It became.so overwhelming so we called Jimmie and she was extremely helpful. She gave us many options and we finally decided to tale Gracie back so she could send her to her best friend who is a vet and nurse her back to health. Now we're just waiting for Gracie to get better so she can come back home. They were more than helpful and even though the contract gives u a 48 warranty they gladly stepped in to help our Gracie. |
