Well, if he needs antibiotics, his little system is fighting something off. In that case, it would probably be good for him to not have too much excitement. I'd limit his playtime and just give him gentle walks and a little running around the house, until the meds are gone and you are sure he's better. You know how it is when we are sick, rest is usually the best medicine, to allow our bodies to use all our energy to fight off whatever we have.
