we use Ultra Easy ChokeFree & PawRider Pet Seatbelt Adapter (USA). You can order them from Washable and reusable dog and puppy pee pads, belly bands, and diapers by T. Bumpkins & Co.
We love them and won't use anything else. They are true choke free shoulder harnesses and designed by NASA engineers.
