One of my past yorkies Murphy did this and I so loved it, I would cradle her in my arms like a baby and she would reach up with her paw and put it on my face or mouth, it was so sweet and I took it as a sign of endearment. I miss that little gal and have always wished my others would do it, but none have. You are a lucky man so enjoy her face pats for what they are, a sign of love for her daddy and it will be your special little bond.
