You need to get these pups to the vet for a wellness check. You certainly DO NOT WANT them to breed, especially in the horrible condition they are in now. It only takes a moment of unsupervised time together for them to tie...you need to separate her from the boys and keep her separated until she is well and built up enough to have her spayed....I doubt the boys are healthy enough to be neutered at this time either, so you will need to have the vet help you get them built up...they have high calorie, easily digestable prescription food the vet can recommend for the babies.
