Here in Quebec , there is a new law against crualty to animal . A woman was keeping 15 German Shepherd Dogs in her basement . Some of her neighbors went to the local S.P.C.A and she have had a fine of $15,000.00 to pay and she is not allowed to keep another animal . The house was very smelly .
The social service bring her 2 children out of there , the children were very sick .
I really hope that the change of government will not kill this law . Extremely horryfing what peoples can do for $$$$$$$$ . |
