Do you have tile anywhere in the house he can lay on?
If not, you can buy a tile by the piece at Home Depot. Put sticky felt pads on the back of marble tile (marble keeps cool & the felt protects your floor) and push the tiles together to create a cold area for Benjamin to lay on. It's a cheap solution and it's easily portable.
