I was also told to never give dogs (especially our little babies) bones (any kind, any way). I heard that they can all splinter (even steak bones) which can cause big promblems (I know, we have all heard that from chicken bones, but other bones too). Pork chops bones are even worse....our babies can NOT have pork!! I would stick to other treats....not rawhide bones though! That is my opinion!!!! - course, we just paid a high vet bill and had over a week of stress and sleepless nights from bones/chewies!!!

Momma's know best though.......and again "what works for one, but not for another".
