You cant do this! You are now illegal! In the eyes of the law...take away all the emotion and reason YOU think you are right....You have stolen a dog from a seller, and you have used a federal document to do it! I would suggest YOU get a lawyer....you will need one if someone decides to pursue this against you....do you know you can write across the face of a check, an IOU and that is a federal document and can be used in court to collect that debt? You have unintentionally put the law on HER side against you....you can NOT steal a dog from her with the idea that by doing so, you can shut her down! In the eyes of the law, you wanted a free Yorkie and set about getting one. I AM NOT DEFENDING THIS WOMAN....I AM TRYING TO GET YOU TO SEE WHERE YOU CHOSE THE WRONG PATH TO GET HER CLOSED DOWN. All that information you have collected to build a case against her....THAT is the path you take....dont go breaking the law yourself....you wont do her any damage at all!
