That's what Oliver does. He was tipping over bowls, he has a stainless steel non tip bowl for water, he can't tip it but he puts his paw on it when he drinks. Food...he either pushed food out of his bowl and eats off floor or he grabs a mouthful and runs in another room to crunch away.
