Not according to the Customs Canada website. For me since i drive for a living I'm not looking forward to a four hour driive one way. I would much prefer to meet the breeder and see her/his facility. I made many mistakes when i got Raelle and Orion and have since learned...I will not make those mistakes again. Thanks so much Lynzy...I thought i was being paranoid!
