Did the vet give you Nutrical or at least tell you about it? It is helpful to keep hypoglycemia at bay, and can help to stimulate the appetite. I don't think that is enough food, only 2cc's
It should be more like 10, in my opinion. I went through this with my Luna and was talking to a great breeder (wish I had gotten my pup from her instead) but anyway she told me to mix up a certain formula and I swear it saved Luna's life. From what I know now, I would substitute goat's milk and water 50/50 instead of the half and half, but here is the thread that I posted waaaaayyy back then:
