I'm so sorry you have to deal with this. But again another vet visit is in order. These problems can turn out to be "not" so severe, but really trully can at the turn of a dime be life threatening.
Labs will need to be done. And yes she is small, but at this point it is so important to do.
I hope you now know the signs n symptoms of hypoglycemia, and can watch for, and prevent this.
Truly there are a whole host of things it could be; none of which can be ddx'd without some testing.
