I have purchased all of my fur kids past and present from breeders w/ photos. I have had a 99% positive experience.
My belief is building a report w/ the breeder. My feelings is that you are not just adopting a Yorkie but the relationship w/ the fur babies breeder in hopes to last a lifetime.
Doing your homework is so very important.
