I think the OP
is the guy that made the video... I think using age as excuse for irresponsibility is wrong. I was 21 when I got my first dog and know a lot of people who got dogs when they were even younger... It has nothing to do with age... I know a lot of old people who can't handle the responsibility of a pet. Some people should just not own pets. I wish more people would realize this... same thing with having kids. We'd have fewer pets in shelters and kids in orphanages!
